Acting as the owner’s representative, we maintain active involvement throughout construction by monitoring progress, coordinating communication among all parties, and ensuring alignment with the project vision. We review payment applications, assist with RFls and change orders, and help uphold quality standards while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
As the project nears completion, we manage punch lists, coordinate final inspections, and support the process of obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. We ensure all documentation, warranties, and final deliverables are in place, providing a smooth and organized transition from construction to occupancy.
